Ingredients

  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut up
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1 lb. lean ground veal
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except veal, cinnamon, and sweetener. Place over low heat.
  2. Cook until vegetables are tender but crisp.
