- Cook veal until tender.
- While the meat cools, make the barbecue sauce.
- In a skillet, brown chopped onion and celery in salad oil.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add 1/2 cup catsup, 1/3 cup water, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and mustard.
- Simmer the sauce for 15 minutes.
- Add the cooked veal to the sauce and serve.
