Veal Fiestas

Instructions
- Cut veal into serving pieces; season with salt and pepper. Dredge veal with flour.
- Saute on both sides in hot shortening in a heatproof casserole; cover with sliced onions, chili sauce, and 1 1/2 cups hot water.
- Cover the casserole and bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cover; sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove veal to a hot platter.
- Stir cooked macaroni into the pan juices; heat through.
- Spoon the macaroni mixture over the veal and serve.
