  • 4 c. broccoli
  • 4 c. cauliflower
  • 12 strips bacon
  • 1 c. red seedless grapes
  • 1/2 c. red onion
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Chill the salad overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Serve chilled, optionally adding the dressing ingredients right before serving if desired.
