Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 (16 oz.) package frozen broccoli

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt margarine in a large pan and sauté chopped onions.
  3. Add drained mushrooms, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and Cheez Whiz; stir well.
  4. Add frozen broccoli and cauliflower, and blend everything together.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
