Ingredients

  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sliced chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 20 Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a quart casserole dish, mix all ingredients except cheese and cracker crumbs.
  2. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers over the mixture.
  3. Bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 1 hour until bubbly and golden.
