Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages chive cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mixed cooked or canned vegetables
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl, blending in the milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
  2. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and add to the egg mixture along with the vegetables and grated cheese.
  3. Melt the margarine or butter in a skillet over low heat.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over low heat, gently lifting eggs from the bottom occasionally to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath.
  5. Cook until eggs are firm but still moist, then garnish with chopped chives and serve.
