- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Steam carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and yellow squash until tender. Drain.
- In a bowl, mix the steamed vegetables with cream of celery soup and Italian seasoning.
- In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles, vegetable mixture, grated Mozzarella and Ricotta cheeses.
- Repeat layers as needed, ending with a layer of cheese on top.

- Bake in a 350°F oven until the cheese is bubbly and browned, about 30-35 minutes.
