Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large green pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion, mushrooms, green pepper, and celery.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan until it gets hot.
  3. Add the onion to the pan and cook until it turns brown.
  4. Add the remaining vegetables to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Beat the eggs and mix them with the cooked vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Fry the mixture on a low flame until the eggs are cooked through.
