Ingredients

  • 1/2 pt. tomato sauce
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 4 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup anchovies

Instructions

  1. Put the tomato sauce, sliced carrot, Brussels sprouts, lettuce, cabbage, seasoning salt, salt, and pepper in a large pot and stir.
  2. Let sit on the stove for 3 minutes.
  3. Add sliced celery to the pot.
  4. Add the anchovies if desired, or omit them for a vegetarian version.
