Ingredients

  • romaine lettuce

  • onions
  • avocados
  • cucumber sticks

Instructions

  1. Begin your platter with a bed of romaine lettuce on a round platter.
  2. Add thick slices of yellow and red tomatoes around the edge of the platter.
  3. Place thin slices of onions around the edge of the platter, intermingling with the tomatoes.
  4. Arrange pieces of avocado on top of the tomatoes.
  5. Make spokes with raw cucumber sticks or celery sticks radiating from the center of the platter.
