Ingredients

  • 10 oz. peas
  • 10 oz. green lima beans
  • 10 oz. green beans
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peas, green lima beans, green beans, and water chestnuts.
  3. Add mayonnaise, chopped onion, prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and oil to the vegetables.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Fold in chopped hard-boiled eggs gently.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until heated through and slightly browned on top.
