A vibrant vegetable wreath perfect for festive gatherings, featuring colorful fresh vegetables arranged beautifully around a center dip or candle, ideal for entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 bunches parsley
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 8 radishes
  • 1 bunch green onions

Instructions

  1. Cover a 10 to 12-inch Styrofoam ring completely with foil.
  2. Attach parsley to floral picks and insert into the ring, covering the top and sides completely.
  3. Cut broccoli, cauliflower, and green pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Make curls of carrots and celery.
  5. Cut radishes into roses.
  6. Insert wooden toothpicks into each vegetable piece.
  7. Stick the vegetables into the ring to create a decorative wreath.
  8. Place the wreath on a serving tray.
  9. Place a candle or bowl of dip in the center of the wreath.
