Ingredients

  • 1 large cabbage, shredded
  • 1 red and green bell pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Pour in 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan (well-greased and floured). Cook at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
