Vegetarian Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage, shredded ⓘ
- 1 red and green bell pepper ⓘ
- 1 stick butter ⓘ
- pepper to taste ⓘ
- 1/2 c. milk ⓘ
- 1 c. oil ⓘ
- 1 c. sugar ⓘ
- 2 c. flour ⓘ
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda ⓘ
- 1 tsp. cinnamon ⓘ
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten ⓘ
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavor ⓘ
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding ⓘ
- 1 c. pecans ⓘ
Instructions
- Pour in 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan (well-greased and floured). Cook at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
