Ingredients

  • 4 cups egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms, sautéed
  • 1 cup chopped vegetarian strips
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup green peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Put a little oil in a skillet and heat over medium.
  2. Pour in egg substitute and let it cook until it hardens slightly.
  3. Combine chopped mushrooms, vegetarian strips, cheddar cheese, and green peppers.
  4. Pour the mixture into the semi-soft eggs in the skillet.
  5. Cook until eggs are fully set, then serve topped with spaghetti sauce.
