Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can vegetarian-vegetable soup, undiluted
  • 8 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together, using hands.
  2. Shape into a loaf and press into a 4 x 10-inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1½ hours, pouring off grease as it surfaces.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes after removing from the pan.
