Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 c. barbecue, spaghetti or pizza sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 8 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Crumble the ground beef in a microwave-safe dish and add chopped onion, green pepper, and celery.
  2. Cover and microwave for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring once, until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in barbecue, spaghetti or pizza sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar.
  4. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
