Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli or diced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  2. In a saucepan, cook broccoli or cauliflower about 5 minutes; drain.
  3. Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
  4. Mix cooked vegetables, onion, green pepper, and cheese in the pie plate.
  5. Beat Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the pie plate over the vegetables and cheese.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden and set.
