Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cubes beef bouillon
  • 1 can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground venison in a pan. Add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Loosen the meat from the kettle, then add hot water, diced carrots, diced celery, diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and beef bouillon cubes.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the can of tomato soup and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
