A hearty casserole combining ground beef, vegetables, spaghetti, and cheesy toppings, ideal for family dinners and comfort food cravings with bold flavors and easy preparation.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 jar Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cans Mexicorn, drained
  • 2 cans green peas, drained
  • 1 small can chopped or sliced ripe olives
  • 1 small pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • small Fritos
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare and mix the ground beef, spaghetti sauce, Mexicorn, green peas, chopped or sliced ripe olives, and cooked spaghetti in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a large baking dish or two medium-sized dishes.
  3. Bake at 350° to 400° Fahrenheit until the casserole is hot throughout.
  4. Top with Fritos and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake until the cheese melts and the top is golden and bubbly.
