Ingredients

  • 4 minute or cubed steaks
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can small white potatoes
  • 1 c. diced or sliced celery
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1 c. frozen peas

Instructions

  1. If more juice is needed, add a can of consomme or 1 cup beef bouillon.
