Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
  • 1/4 c. green onions with tops, chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 c. five noodles
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 2 c. chicken-flavor bouillon

Instructions

  1. Brown the noodles in melted butter.
  2. Add rice and chicken bouillon to the noodles.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 25 minutes until cooked.
  4. Serve the chicken breasts with the noodle and rice mixture.
