- In a large bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, salt, oregano, thyme, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until well blended.
- Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in olive oil.
- Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray or Pam.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of batter onto the waffle iron.
- Spread the batter out evenly.
- Close the lid and bake until golden and cooked through.
- Serve topped with tomato or pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, olives, onions, mushrooms, or other desired toppings.
