Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender for 1 minute.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed and the mixture is well blended.
  3. Serve immediately.
