A quick and hearty breakfast dish combining eggs, green peppers, bacon, and creamy soup for a flavorful start to any day, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 can condensed cream of chicken soup (5 3/8 oz.)
  • 6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Place butter in a 2-quart casserole with green pepper.
  2. Saute in microwave oven for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir eggs and condensed cream of chicken soup together.
  4. Blend the egg mixture into the sauteed green pepper and butter.
  5. Cook in microwave for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
  6. Crumble cooked bacon on top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
