Ingredients

  • 2 cans jalapeno dip
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • approximately 1 bunch green onions and stems
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Spread both cans of jalapeno dip onto a large round platter.
  2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning; spread onto the jalapeno dip layer.
  3. Sprinkle the diced chilies over the sour cream mixture.
  4. Mash the avocados with lime juice and garlic powder, then layer over the chilies.
  5. Top with grated Cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, and chopped olives.
  6. Surround the layered ingredients with tortilla chips and serve.
