Ingredients
- 2 cans jalapeno dip ⓘ
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning ⓘ
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies ⓘ
- 4 ripe avocados ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon lime juice ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ⓘ
- approximately 1 bunch green onions and stems ⓘ
- 1 small can chopped olives ⓘ
- 2 large tomatoes ⓘ
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1 large bag tortilla chips ⓘ
Instructions
- Spread both cans of jalapeno dip onto a large round platter.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning; spread onto the jalapeno dip layer.
- Sprinkle the diced chilies over the sour cream mixture.
- Mash the avocados with lime juice and garlic powder, then layer over the chilies.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, and chopped olives.
