Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp process American cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt.
  2. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Place in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  4. Mix soup with shredded cheese.
  5. Add milk, salad dressing, and beaten egg to the soup mixture.
  6. Stir until well blended.
  7. Pour over broccoli.
  8. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle evenly over the mixture.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
