Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. weenies
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. oleomargarine

Instructions

  1. Cut weenies and vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Saute the weenies and vegetables in oleomargarine.
  3. Stir in the flour.
  4. Slowly add 1/2 cup of milk, stirring constantly to make a paste.
  5. Add the remaining milk and stir. Remove from heat and add the cheese.
  6. Stir until the cheese is melted and well combined.
