Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread, crust removed and buttered on both sides
  • 3 to 4 cups ham, diced
  • 1 pound Swiss cheese
  • 1 large can mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Pour the mixture over the prepared bread and filling.
  2. Let stand for 12 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour until golden and set.
