Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. green noodles
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 3/4 c. Worthington Ham Style Entree
  • 1 c. large curd cottage cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the green noodles.
  2. Saute chopped onions and crushed garlic in butter until clear.
  3. Add the browned Worthington Ham Style Entree, cottage cheese, mushroom soup, milk, and cooked noodles to the skillet.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Top with grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
