Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. blueberries

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually add sugar to the beaten eggs.
  4. Add the melted margarine to the mixture.
  5. Pour in the milk and combine.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and add them to the wet mixture.
  7. Mix the dough until the flour is just blended.
  8. Fold the blueberries into the dough.
  9. Pour the mixture into a well-greased loaf pan.
  10. Sprinkle the top with sugar to give a sparkle.
  11. Bake for one hour in a 350° oven.
