Ingredients

  • 3 lb. lean ground beef
  • 4 cans tomato pieces
  • 4 (5 oz.) boxes vermicelli
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 6 cans Ranch Style beans
  • seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown meat; add onions, beans, tomatoes and enough water to cover.
  2. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
  3. Break vermicelli into 1 inch pieces and add to pot.
  4. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes more.
  5. Fritos or grated cheese may be sprinkled on top prior to serving.
  6. Makes 20 to 25 servings.
