Instructions
- Brown meat; add onions, beans, tomatoes and enough water to cover.
- Cook slowly for 1 hour.
- Break vermicelli into 1 inch pieces and add to pot.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes more.
- Fritos or grated cheese may be sprinkled on top prior to serving.
- Makes 20 to 25 servings.
