Wine Pecan Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated and softened to room temperature ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated and softened to room temperature ⓘ
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1 small onion, grated ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, grated ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix together the grated sharp cheese, grated Longhorn cheese, softened cream cheese, grated onion, grated garlic, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise.
- Form the mixture into two balls or one log roll.
- Roll the formed cheese mixture in the chopped pecans until evenly coated.
- Wrap the cheese balls or log and chill for up to a week before serving.
