Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated and softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated and softened to room temperature
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix together the grated sharp cheese, grated Longhorn cheese, softened cream cheese, grated onion, grated garlic, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise.
  2. Form the mixture into two balls or one log roll.
  3. Roll the formed cheese mixture in the chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  4. Wrap the cheese balls or log and chill for up to a week before serving.
