Delicious crispy won tons filled with savory beef, cabbage, and green onions, perfect as an appetizer or party snack with a flavorful soy sauce dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw hamburger
  • 1 package won ton skins
  • 1 cup raw chopped cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients well.
  2. Let stand at least 1/2 hour so flavors blend.
  3. Place 1/2 teaspoon filling near the center of a won ton skin.
  4. Moisten edges of the skin and fold in triangles.
  5. Pinch edges to seal.
