Ingredients

  • 1 package pie crust
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups boiled rice
  • 2 boneless whole chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced boiled carrots

Instructions

  1. Cut the boneless chicken breasts into cubes and cook in the microwave until done.
  2. Drain the juice from the cooked chicken.
  3. Stir in the cream of chicken soup with the drained chicken.
  4. Add sliced boiled carrots and boiled rice to the mixture and combine well.
  5. Place the filling between two pie shells, pinching the shells together to seal.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
