Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. diet margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. honey (optional)
  • 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3/4 to 1 inch thickness.
  3. Cut out biscuits using a cutter or glass and place on an ungreased baking pan.
  4. Bake at 425°F until browned and cooked through, about 12 minutes.
