Instructions
- To yogurt, add sugar, egg yolks, flour, lemon rind and lemon juice.
- Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into yogurt mixture. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust; bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serves 8.
