Yogurt parfaits are a delightful and colorful treat, combining fresh fruits layered with creamy yogurt. Perfect for breakfast or a light dessert, they offer a balance of sweetness and tang with vibrant fruit flavors that appeal to all ages and dietary preferences.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium can sliced peaches
  • 1 cup quartered seedless grapes
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons yogurt
  • 2 peeled sliced pears
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup cream, whipped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Reserve 8 peach slices for decoration.
  2. Place a layer of quartered seedless grapes in each of the 4 parfait glasses.
  3. Cover the grapes with a layer of yogurt.
  4. Add layers of peeled sliced pears, peaches, and pineapple chunks alternately with yogurt until the last layer of yogurt comes within 3/4-inch of the top of each glass.
  5. Pipe a spiral of whipped cream over the yogurt in each glass.
  6. Top each parfait with a cherry.
  7. Push 2 reserved peach slices onto each glass for decoration.
