Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen corn
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 tsp. sugar
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen corn thaw out.
  2. Combine the thawed corn, whipped cream, milk, salt, sugar, and pepper in a pot over heat.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. On the side, melt the margarine in a small pan and add the flour to make a paste.
  5. Add the flour and margarine mixture to the corn mixture.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until heated through and slightly thickened. Do not let the bottom burn.
