Ingredients

  • 16 oz. bag slaw mix
  • 2-3 green onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages chicken flavored Ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix slaw mix, green onions, and sliced almonds in a large bowl.
  2. Break ramen noodles into small pieces and sprinkle on top of the slaw mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and noodles, and toss to combine.
  5. Chill the slaw for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Just before serving, toss the slaw again to coat evenly.
