Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup grated raw potato
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion grated
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  2. Fry the meatballs on all sides until brown.
  3. Place the browned meatballs in a baking dish.
  4. Cover with diluted cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
