Ingredients

  • 1 head shredded cabbage
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 bottle spaghetti sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the shredded cabbage in boiling water for 8 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the hamburger with the diced small onion in a skillet, then set aside.
  3. Cook the rice according to package instructions, then set aside.
  4. Grease a large casserole dish.
  5. Layer the cooked rice, cabbage, and browned hamburger in the casserole dish.
  6. Pour the spaghetti sauce evenly over the layered ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
