Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook chopped onion and celery in 4 tablespoons of margarine until tender but not brown.
  2. Add creamed corn, water, poultry seasoning, and pepper; bring to a boil.
  3. Pour the hot mixture over the stuffing mix; toss together lightly.
  4. Stir in slightly beaten eggs.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls.
  6. Place the balls in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  7. When ready to bake, pour melted margarine over the balls and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
