Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 lb. large shrimp
  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients over the seafood and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or broiler.
  3. Broil seafood for 8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
