Zucchini-Carrot Bread (Bread Machine)
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey ⓘ
- 3 cups bread flour ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder ⓘ
- 1/3 cup zucchini, grated ⓘ
- 1/3 cup carrot, grated ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast ⓘ
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
- After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing. (Remember to remove kneading paddle, if necessary.).
