Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 3/4 cup chopped cranberries
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions
