Zucchini Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 medium zucchini squash, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 c. celery, diced ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. sugar ⓘ
- 1 c. vinegar ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. water ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine zucchini, onion and celery.
- Pour boiling water over to cover; let stand 1 hour.
- Drain and add green beans, water chestnuts, wax beans and mandarin oranges.
