Zucchini Rectangle Bars
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten ⓘ
- 1/4 c. butter, melted ⓘ
- 1/2 c. sour cream ⓘ
- 1/2 c. yogurt ⓘ
- 3/4 c. sugar ⓘ
- 2 c. zucchini ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. syrup (maple) ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. flour ⓘ
- 1 tsp. baking powder ⓘ
- 1 c. whole wheat flour ⓘ
- 1 tsp. soda ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 tsp. cinnamon ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. allspice ⓘ
- 2/3 c. raisins ⓘ
- 2/3 c. walnuts ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix together the eggs, butter, sour cream, yogurt, sugar, zucchini and syrup; set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients together. Combine mixtures.
- Add nuts and mix well.
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Cool.
- Cut into rectangles.
- Dip in glaze and decorate.
