Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken or 4 large chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 can asparagus bits, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
  • 1 small jar pimiento
  • 1 large can fried onions

Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken, Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, evaporated milk, asparagus bits, mushrooms, green beans, water chestnuts, chow mein noodles, pimiento, and fried onions in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a large baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F until bubbly, about 45 minutes.
  4. During the last 15 minutes of baking, top the casserole with fried onions.
