Ingredients
- 1 large chicken or 4 large chicken breasts, boiled and deboned ⓘ
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1 small can evaporated milk ⓘ
- 1 can asparagus bits, drained ⓘ
- 1 can mushrooms, drained ⓘ
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles ⓘ
- 1 small jar pimiento
- 1 large can fried onions ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix the chicken, Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, evaporated milk, asparagus bits, mushrooms, green beans, water chestnuts, chow mein noodles, pimiento, and fried onions in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a large baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F until bubbly, about 45 minutes.
- During the last 15 minutes of baking, top the casserole with fried onions.
