Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef and chopped onion until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat from the beef and onion mixture.
  3. Mix the cooked beef and onion with cooked rice, tomato soup, peas, and mushrooms in a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
